There is no self-service sign-up. Accounts are created by us while we onboard our first customers, so a short email is the fastest route in.
Data questions and corrections
If a permit or property record looks wrong, send us the address or permit number and what you expected to see. Records that come straight from a county feed are corrected upstream first, then re-ingested.
