Terms of Service

The rules for using prmits. Short, and meant to be readable.

Last updated September 4, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing prmit360.com or the prmits platform you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. Accounts

There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created by us for named individuals at customer organizations. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Do not share logins between people; tell us at hello@prmit360.com immediately if you believe an account has been compromised. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, bulk-export, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the dataset or any substantial part of it;
  • share your access with anyone outside your organization;
  • use the data to harass, intimidate, or discriminate against any property owner;
  • use the data for any purpose prohibited by law, including unlawful telemarketing, unsolicited fax or text campaigns, or any use restricted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act — prmits is not a consumer reporting agency and its data may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or housing;
  • attempt to breach, probe, or overload the platform, or circumvent access controls or rate limits.

You are responsible for complying with the marketing and do-not-call rules that apply to your own outreach.

4. The data

Permit and property records are sourced from Florida county and municipal permitting systems and the Florida Department of Revenue property tax roll. We normalize and match those records, but we do not originate them and we cannot guarantee that any individual record is current, complete, or accurate. Coverage varies by county, some fields are only available in some jurisdictions, and matching between permits and parcels is imperfect. Verify anything you intend to rely on.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the rate agreed when your account is created. Plans may be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

The underlying public records are not ours. The platform — the software, the matching and scoring logic, the interface, and the prmits name and marks — is ours, and your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active. Exports you generate are yours to use inside your business, subject to section 3.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is, without an uptime guarantee unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that interrupts access.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The platform and its data are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the data. You may cancel at any time by emailing us. On termination your access ends and we may delete your account data in line with our privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page and notified to account holders by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
