Privacy Policy
Plain English, because a policy nobody reads protects nobody.

Who this covers
This policy applies to the prmits website at prmit360.com and to the signed-in platform behind it. “We” means prmits; “you” means a visitor or an account holder.
What we collect
- Account details. Username, email address, role, and a hashed password for each account we create. If you enable two-factor authentication we store the shared secret needed to verify your codes.
- Session and security logs. IP address, coarse location derived from that IP, browser user agent, timestamps, and the API endpoints your account calls. We use these to keep accounts secure, investigate abuse, and size the service.
- Anti-abuse checks. The login page uses Google reCAPTCHA, which sends device and interaction signals to Google under Google's own privacy policy.
- Nothing else. No advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, no third-party marketing scripts.
What we store in your browser
We use browser storage for the things you would expect a signed-in tool to remember — your session token, your theme, your saved filters, and your selected county. These stay on your device. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
The records in the platform
The permit and property records in prmits are public records obtained from Florida county and municipal permitting systems and from the Florida Department of Revenue property tax roll. They include property owner names and mailing addresses as published by those agencies.
We do not augment these records with data purchased from consumer data brokers, and we do not attach phone numbers or email addresses to them. Access is limited to signed-in accounts. If you are a property owner and believe a record should be corrected or withheld, contact the county that published it — and email us at hello@prmit360.com so we can suppress it here in the meantime.
How we use what we collect
To operate and secure the platform, to authenticate you, to respond when you contact us, and to understand load so the service stays fast. That is the whole list.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share account data with advertisers. We share only with the service providers required to run the product — our hosting provider, Google reCAPTCHA for login protection, and the AI provider that powers the in-app assistant, which receives the text of the questions you type into it. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account records last as long as the account, plus a short period afterwards for billing and dispute handling. Session and access logs are retained for security review and pruned on a rolling basis. Public records are retained as part of the dataset.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Two-factor authentication is available on every account and we recommend it. Access to the production database is restricted to the operators of the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Your choices
You can update your profile and password, review your active sessions, and revoke sessions from the settings page in the app. To request a copy of your account data or its deletion, email hello@prmit360.com.
Children
The platform is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
